Cancellation Policy

IMPORTANT: Toute annulation devra être faites 24 heures à l’avance afin de pouvoir offrir la plage horaire à un autre client. Des frais de 25% s’appliquent si une annulation a lieu après le délai. // IMPORTANT: Any cancellation must be made 24 hours in advance in order to be able to offer the time slot to another client. A 25% fee applies if a cancellation takes place after the deadline.
