Cancellations: We understand that unforeseen events can happen. However, out of respect for your stylist's schedule, we request that cancellations be made no later than 72 hours before the start time of your appointment. Any cancellation made less than 72 hours prior will incur a fee of 25% of the bill amount at the next visit.

No-Show: If you do not show up for your appointment without canceling or notifying us, the missed service will be payable at 50% during the next visit.

Delays: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may need to be rescheduled if the service cannot be performed within the remaining time. If the appointment is rescheduled, a fee of 25% will apply at the next appointment.
